Booking requests are not confirmed until the date, location, performance format, and payment terms are agreed in writing.

Deposits, balances, arrival windows, production needs, and set lengths may vary by event and will be documented before the performance is confirmed.

Requests to reschedule within 7 days of the event may not be available and are handled at Bradley Wilson’s discretion based on routing, production, and calendar commitments.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled performance are eligible for a full refund of booking payments already made.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled performance may forfeit 50% of booking payments to cover the held date, planning time, and unavailable replacement opportunities.

Weather, venue restrictions, travel disruption, and force majeure events will be reviewed case by case with the goal of rescheduling when practical.

Bradley Wilson owns and controls his performances, name, likeness, set materials, and related creative work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

A booking does not grant ownership of a performance recording, song, arrangement, brand mark, image, or promotional asset.

Audience members and event hosts may capture personal photos or short videos during performances unless the venue or event agreement restricts recording.

Commercial redistribution, paid advertising, broadcast use, edited promotional campaigns, or resale of performance footage requires written permission.

The site operator is not liable for outages, account changes, content removals, payment processor issues, or policy changes on third-party platforms.
